At Warm & Cosy Knits, we take great care in crafting each piece with love and attention to detail. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Product Representation

We make every effort to ensure that our products are presented as accurately as possible. However, please note that yarn colors may appear slightly different on various screens and monitors.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• No items may be returned without prior consent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at warmandcosyknits@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, with tags attached, and in the same packaging.

• If the return is approved, we will provide store credit or a replacement.

• No returns or store credits will be issued after 14 days.

Store Credit

• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Shipping

• Warm & Cosy Knits does not offer free returns. If returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
